Comparing firewood suppliers ?

Many quote their pricing at particular volumes (m3 / cubes / cords) and or weights.

More often than not they are quoting the maximium capacity of either their packaging or delivery vehicle and not the actual amount of firewood as you are led to believe.

Although not a simple task it is a good idea to try and make sure you are getting what they are advertising and ultimately what you are paying for.
